Devin DeLizio is a Help Desk Technician at ECC IT Solutions, LLC.
Devin’s responsibilities include providing remote and onsite customer technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, escalating issues, and tracking tickets to completion.
Prior to joining ECC IT, Devin worked as an IT Administrator/Technician at Spruce Technology Inc., where he Installed, optimized, and maintained computer systems and networks, diagnosed network, hardware, and software issues, and ensured security and privacy of networks and devices, as well as resolved IT issue tickets from users.
Devin graduated from Bergen Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Science, Professional Studies, and Information Technology and holds SecurityCenter Technical Certifications in Enterprise, Omnicast, and Synergis. He has over three years of information technology experience and is skilled in working with computer networks, operating systems, network and computer system administration, encryption, firewalls, and antivirus software.
