Matthew joined the team at ECC IT Solutions in 2016. He provides on-site and remote customer technical support by responding to trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, consulting with technical team members, and tracking customer service requests to completion.
Matthew has more than 15 years of experience, and is skilled in programming, computer support, customer care, database administration, setting up servers and networks, troubleshooting software/hardware and repair.
Matthew is A+ Certified, with an Associates degree in Computer Science from Montgomery College; and is pursuing advanced studies in Computer Science at UMUC.
