Matthew Morehead is a Help Desk Technician at ECC IT Solutions, LLC.
Matthew’s responsibilities include providing remote and onsite customer technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, escalating issues, and tracking tickets to completion.
Prior to joining ECC IT, Matthew worked as a Help Desk Technician at Skyline Technology Solutions, where he provided tech support and computer assistance for a wide array of clients, responded to—and resolved—Severity-1 tickets, including outages and server downs, and performed back end server maintenance. He also worked as an IT Support Analyst at Erickson Living, where he provided direct support to company executives, assisted with software upgrades and deployment of new technologies, and helped train new technicians on proper procedures and processes.
Matthew attended Hampden-Sydney College and holds certifications in HDI and Comptia A+. He has several years of experience diagnosing numerous hardware and software issues for all types of customer problems, as well as repairing and installing both internal components and external peripherals.
