Justus Jeffries is Help Desk Level 1 Technician in Information Technology at ECC IT Solutions. Justus is a primary point of contact for internal and client help desk calls. He is responsible for computer hardware and software support, escalating technical support tickets, and documenting and communicating with clients and other technical support engineers.
Justus attended the University of Pittsburgh and University of Maryland University College, and is fluent in Spanish. He holds the following IT certifications and is studying to complete the Microsoft MCASA 70-740 in early 2018:
